Avocados Fruit (Alpukat)



Indonesian avocados are plentiful and delicious. Called advokat, apokat or alpukat, they have green skin when ripe. Cut in half and remove the large stone, then scoop out the soft green or yellowish flesh. Indonesians usually use avocados to make a sweet iced drink with chocolate and condensed milk.
