Phishing also (be) attacked Outlook

Usually phishing attack friendship sites such as Facebook, MySpace or Friendster. However, do not relax once, the article has found evidence that phishing can also attack the email account, one of Microsoft Outlook.

This was conveyed by Sarah Calaunan (analyst from Trend Micro). Sarah reported a phishing attack that led to Microsoft Outlook. That attack was aimed at Outlook users who will direct the user to perform re-configuration of Outlook.

Like phishing action on friendship sites, Microsoft Outlook users will be redirected to a site called Microsoft.com. There, users will be directed back toward the charging column confidential data to sign. And this is where the user's confidential data was stolen.

Calaunan asserted, phishing action will be successful if the user successfully deceived and enter confidential data on these fake sites. So, for Microsoft Outlook users requested to not be easily tempted to fill out confidential data on the fake field.
